About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist who can manage our hiring process with speed, structure, and good judgment. You’ll be responsible for building quality candidate pipelines, evaluating applicants, and helping ensure we bring in people who are both qualified for the role and a strong fit for our team.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to assessments, behavioral interviews, and candidate endorsement.
Source and engage both active and passive candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
Promote job openings through social media, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
Conduct structured, behavior-based interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.
Facilitate job offers, contract signing, and other pre-employment requirements.
Develop and recommend sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and candidate availability.
Maintain accurate candidate records and document recruitment activity in our homegrown applicant tracking system.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job opening priorities.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 1 year of recruitment experience in the business outsourcing industry.
Proven experience sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
Good understanding of standard recruitment practices, hiring processes, and employment regulations.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Comfortable engaging with candidates from different backgrounds and experience levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
