About the Role

We’re looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Lead Researcher who can turn research into qualified business opportunities. You’ll focus on finding the right companies and contacts, keeping prospect data accurate, and supporting outreach efforts through thoughtful messaging and lead nurturing.

About the Role

Research and identify potential leads based on defined target profiles.
Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using online research and available data sources.
Send initial, follow-up, and response emails to qualified prospects using established messaging guidelines.
Accurately record prospect information and outreach activity in our CRM.
Review and clean lead data to maintain quality and accuracy.
Look for ways to improve research methods, data gathering, and prospecting workflows.
Support other back office tasks related to research, prospecting, and lead nurturing.

What You’ll Do

Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have completed at least 2 years of college.
Experience in BPO, lead generation, research, sales support, or marketing is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Must have impeccable writing skills in English.
Strong research, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
Able to learn quickly, solve problems independently, and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with repetitive research tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
