Responsible for providing overall technical support to the entire organization such as computer setup and configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
Essential Job Functions
Set up, install, and configure employee workstations pertaining to hardware, software, and user accounts.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, databases, dialers, and networks to achieve optimal functionality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and drive resolutions.
Administer and monitor our firewall technology.
Analyze and assess the requirements for new systems or modifications, and provide recommendations.
Create technical reports in a timely manner for each reported issue.
Maintain IT inventory to ensure all equipment is well accounted for.
Perform other IT-related tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
Must have at least 1 year of experience providing in-house IT support.
Technical knowledge in hardware, software, and networking.
Hands-on assembly and troubleshooting experience.
Ability to monitor tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
Must have strong initiative and passion to constantly learn new technologies in order to upgrade industry knowledge.
Intermediate speaking and writing skills in English.
