Essential Job Functions
Professionally analyze and resolve incoming customer calls with the goal of providing the best possible workaround.
Craft a positive customer service experience with each interaction.
Ensure all contacts made with customers are logged into the system meticulously and in a timely manner for proper documentation.
Actively provide recommendations for continuous product and process improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
Must have 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the business process outsourcing industry.
Outstanding English communication skills including clear and articulate verbal, listening, and written competency.
Have proven track record and passion for creating exceptional customer experience.
