SENIOR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from resume screening and assessments to interviews, shortlisting, and client endorsement.
• Conduct final interviews including behavior-based questions for most roles and make informed decisions on candidate suitability.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
• Prepare clear and complete candidate profiles for shortlisted applicants prior to endorsement.
• Facilitate job offers, contract signing, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports covering hiring progress, candidate pipelines, sourcing activity, and other key recruitment metrics.
• Develop and recommend sourcing strategies while continuously improving recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and overall candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our homegrown applicant tracking system.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate expectations.
