About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Design Team Lead who can bring together strong creative judgment, people leadership, and hands-on design expertise. You’ll guide a team of graphic designers, maintain high creative standards, and help ensure every project is delivered on brand, on time, and with the right level of polish.

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and support a team of graphic designers.
Oversee team performance through quality reviews, coaching, feedback, and effective task delegation.
Manage creative projects across website updates, marketing materials, presentation decks, branding initiatives, and other visual communications.
Review design outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client brand guidelines.
Manage team workload, priorities, and deadlines to meet target turnaround times.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and creative platforms, and bring relevant ideas into the team’s work.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in a design-related field.
At least 2 years of experience leading a graphic design team, or 3+ years in a senior graphic design role.
With portfolio demonstrating solid visual design, branding, and layout skills.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Familiarity with website migration, domain management, and website builder platforms such as Weebly is an advantage.
Strong creative judgment with the ability to maintain quality and brand consistency across different projects.
Able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Possess coaching skills with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback that helps designers improve.
Willing and able to work night shifts.
