About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Specialist who enjoys working with large data sets, solving data-related issues, and bringing structure to complex information. In this role, you’ll prepare, organize, and transform customer data to support smooth and accurate system migrations.

What You’ll Do

Review and identify incoming data sets and requirements.
Clean, organize, and manipulate large volumes of data based on client specifications.
Create and map custom fields in the company database to ensure data is imported correctly during system migration.
Investigate data issues and determine the most efficient solution or workaround.
Help improve workflows and processes to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
Communicate with customers via email when clarification or additional information is needed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience working with data requirements and large data sets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and keyboard shortcuts.
Knowledge of Excel macros is a strong advantage but not required.
Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and applications.
Strong analytical skills, focus, and attention to detail.
Willing and able to work night shifts.
