About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused professional who can communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and handle different types of customer concerns with confidence. You’ll be part of a support team where responsiveness, accuracy, and a helpful attitude matter.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, orders, deliveries, complaints, and other service concerns.
Recommend tailored solutions based on each customer’s needs.
Coordinate with branches and internal teams to resolve customer concerns and requests.
Reach out to existing customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and services.
Accurately log customer interactions and details in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

Must have completed at least 2nd year of college level.
At least 6 months of experience in the customer service industry is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical, well-thought-out solutions.
Basic proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
Comfortable handling multiple customer concerns while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
