- Use behavior-based questions to efficiently gauge applicants.
- Propose and employ effective sourcing techniques.
- Maintain candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1-year recruiting experience in the outsourcing industry.
- Proven experience in reaching out to both passive and active candidates.
- Knowledge of common HR hiring practices and regulations.
- Ability to engage with a diverse candidate base.
- Must have fluidity and thoughtfulness in English written and verbal communication.
