- Perform a variety of back office and administrative tasks for our clients.
- Provide technical assistance to clients via chat and email.
- Be our product advocate and educate customers on how to navigate through the software and drive efficient resolution to issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the BPO industry; handling an international technical account.
- Good speaking and writing skills in English.
- Willing to work on night shifts.
