• Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing, testing, behavioral interviewing to pre-selecting top talents for final interviews.
• Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
• Utilize social media and other channels to advertise positions and attract candidates.
• Use behavior-based questions to efficiently gauge applicants.
• Propose and employ effective sourcing techniques.
• Maintain candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 1-year recruiting experience in the outsourcing industry.
• Proven experience in reaching out to both passive and active candidates.
• Knowledge of common HR hiring practices and regulations.
• Ability to engage with a diverse candidate base.
• Must have fluidity and thoughtfulness in English written and verbal communication.
