Job Description
We are hiring for a Product Trainer who is passionate about process improvement and has strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills. In this role, you will develop and maintain product documentation and execute strategic training plans to meet overall company objectives.
- Create, organize, and maintain Help Center articles, product tutorials, talk tracks, and canned responses to ensure they are accurate and up to date with the company’s continuous release cycle.
- Provide training and certification to internal team members.
- Deeply learn the company’s products and services.
- Track, measure and fill out metrics with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field; IT-related course is preferred.
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a corporate or product trainer in the BPO industry.
- Effective communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
- Ability to write in a technical capacity is a plus.
- Knowledge in Google Apps, Salesforce, and Jira is a huge plus.
- Willing to work night or graveyard shifts.
