Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support with a sharp service delivery mindset. In this role, you will extend the best possible client care and provide seamless transactions about our products and services through the phone.
- Professionally analyze and resolve incoming customer calls with the goal of providing the best possible workaround.
- Craft a positive customer service experience with each interaction.
- Ensure all contacts made with customers are logged into the system meticulously and in a timely manner for proper documentation.
- Actively provide recommendations for continuous product and process improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- Must have 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the business process outsourcing industry.
- Outstanding English communication skills including clear and articulate verbal, listening, and written competency.
- Have proven track record and passion for creating exceptional customer experience.
- With a positive and professional demeanor.
- Willing to work on graveyard shifts.
