Deliver a stellar customer support experience by providing friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat. You’re perfect for this role if you have experience in customer service and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Answer inquiries from customers spanning from product information, price inquiries, complaints, delivery follow-ups, etc.
- Provide tailored suggestions based on the customer’s current needs.
- Coordinate with several branches and departments to resolve customer concerns and requests.
- Connect with existing customers to gauge general satisfaction and get insights on how to improve our products and services.
- Accurately log all incoming calls in the system for proper documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- At least 6 months of experience in the customer service industry is required.
- Have the ability to deliver sound recommendations and solutions using logical problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills in written and oral for both English and Filipino.
